Spartacus Kupa - middle distance (2012-03-18)

Very hilly terrain. I had very weak muscles, so I got 6 minutes at running. But my goal was to run technically well, but I didn't succeed making 4 minutes of mistakes. Where was the problem: I did know I am weak physically, so I was pushing hard at the begin and make mistakes until I realized that and slow down. Next time it will be better :-)
